This berry garden seems like the perfect concept in Pokemon Go

Pokemon Go players have been blown away by the concept of a “berry garden” feature dreamed up by a fan, with some calling the idea “perfect” for the mobile game.

Although the spinoff mobile game Pokemon Go has adapted many of the features found in the main series of games, there are still many that have not found their way to phones.

One of these features is the concept of planting, growing food and berries using plants. Although berries are a valuable resource in Pokemon Go, players cannot grow their own.

Now, Pokemon Go players have created an in-depth concept for the berry garden mechanic, and fans are blown away by this fantasy mechanic.

Pokemon Go makes the player perfect “Berry Garden” feature

The concept itself comes from a user named GameHeroes on TheSilphRoad subreddit, who made a post titled, “The Pokemon Go Concept: Berry Gardens and New Bag Management”..

The post included twelve images that laid the groundwork for the concept and explained how it would work in a mobile game.

According to the post’s author, Berry Gardens will essentially function similarly to Arenas, scattered around the map and open to all players.

Players will contribute specific types of berries to specific plants to grow more powerful versions of those berries, and will also host water-type Pokemon in the garden to help the plants grow faster.

Fans in the comments loved the idea and expressed interest in having more locations on the game’s map. “I really want something new on the menu. It’s perfect.”

Some fans pointed out that a similar concept actually existed in Harry Potter: Wizards Unite, which was also developed by Niantic. “They had this mechanic in Wizards Unite. Seed/Water/Other Harvest Enhancing Players”said a fan. “It worked well there… so in theory they know how to do it.”
