Police in Kansas City, Missouri confirmed that Clayton McGeeney, 36, Ricky Johnson, 38, and David Harrington, were found dead on the night of January 9 after the victim’s girlfriend called 911. She was looking for her partner.

When officers arrived at the scene, they found a body on the back porch, police said. Later, they found two other bodies in the back of the house.

Officials said there were no signs of foul play in the backyard.

According to agents, investigators are awaiting the results of the medical examiner to determine the cause of death for the three friends. The case is under investigation and no one has been arrested in this regard yet.

However, speculations about the incident surrounding the death of the three people have been rife on the internet.

A family member said McGinney had planned to watch a Kansas City Chiefs game on Jan. 7 at a friend’s house. “I’m not looking for anybody’s head or anything, but my cousin was frozen for two days,” explained Clayton’s cousin Alan McGeeney.

“It’s gotten a lot of attention from everyone who has questions, but not a lot of attention from people who have action; it just seems weird.”

CBS News reports that an attorney for the home’s owner, Jordan Willis, said his client went to bed after his friends left the house and did not know what happened to him afterward.
