John Krasinski and Natalie Portman have been tapped to join the cast of Guy Ritchie’s ‘Fountain of Youth’.
The feature will follow two estranged siblings (Krasinski and Portman) who partner in a global heist to find the mythical Fountain of Youth. They must use their knowledge of history to follow clues on an epic adventure that will change their lives – and possibly lead to immortality.
James Vanderbilt wrote the story and Ritchie will direct. It will be produced by Skydance’s David Ellison, Dana Goldberg and Don Granger. Tripp Vinson will produce through his Vinson Films through Project X Entertainment, with Vanderbilt, William Sherek and Paul Neinstein producing for the company. Richie and Evan Atkinson and Jack Myers are also serving as executive producers along with Radio Silence (Matt Bettinelli-Olpin, Tyler Gillette and Chad Villela).

Skydance Media will serve as the studio, and the film will be produced by Skydance, Vinson Films and Project X Entertainment for Apple.
The shooting of the film is planned to begin in the first quarter of 2024.
Krasinski is currently in post-production on ‘IF’ for Paramount, which he wrote, directed, produced and stars in. Portman is currently starring alongside Julianne Moore in director Todd Haynes’ May December.
