Fortnite update 28.10 will feature significantly improved aim assist
Update 28.10 brought a lot of changes to Fortnite, and one of them apparently improved aim assist by 20%.
Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1 has significantly changed the way the game is played, with new modes and content to explore. The Battle Royale mode saw some of the biggest additions with new maps and implementations such as the weapon modification system offering new experiences for players.
It’s been a little over a month since the start of the season, and while various improvements have been made, there are a number of issues that need to be fixed.

Update 28.10 then provided solutions to these issues with a bunch of fixes and even more content.
However, it seems that this latest update may cause a bigger problem, and it concerns a large incentive to aim for support.
Update 28.10 reportedly increased target assist by 20%
Reports of Aim Assist Boost started when the user Twitter/X GabeCFN has shared a preview of the game’s files, and claims that Aim Assist has seen a massive buff with the new update.

Gabe then shared another opinion from a content creator thekidswayy Through a clip in which he “demonstrates” the improvements to objective support, eliminating two players.
“Look at this, I have a purpose to help through the walls. This is how it should be. This is how we level the playing field with mouse and keyboard players.“
