It is a way to heal from a situation and move on forever. You don’t need to explain to anyone why you feel a certain way, you can go through it yourself. It is also a way to dance in your living room and scream at the top of your lungs, improving your mood. It can also be background noise while you’re cooking, cleaning, or getting ready to go out.
