According to the specialist, “it has gone from treating breast cancer in 25 sessions to doing it in 15 and, in selected cases, even in five sessions; in prostate, from the old schemes of 38-40 sessions, it has gone to hypofractionations of 20 sessions, and in some cases others of 5-6 sessions can be considered, with the advantage of a increased comfort for patients, in addition to the greater effectiveness.
