According to Tracey, whose statement was presented in a court recording, her working relationship with Johnny Depp lasted around 30 years.

The representative stated that for a certain period the actor was one of the most important stars in the world, however the break with the agent occurred almost at the same time as with the rest of Depp’s other representatives and partners.

Jacobs assured that when the actor of Pirates of the Caribbean began with the decline, she spoke frankly with Depp and told him that his drug and alcohol use were having an impact on his career.

He also mentioned that the consequences of these abuses were notorious during the filming of Johnny, since he had to use a prompter so that the staff would remind him of his lines on set.

Tracey mentioned that his lack of formality had permeated to the point that production companies no longer wanted to work with him on new projects.

Tracey also noted that comments about Depp’s personality were spreading in the middle.

In Thursday’s testimony, Jacobs said he didn’t remember Disney would have made a commitment to Johnny about his appearance in the sixth movie of Pirates of the Caribbean.

In the lawsuit filed by the actor against AmberHeard, assured that the opinion article that his ex-wife published in the Washington Post discredited him and caused him to lose several contracts and projects, including that of the Disney franchise where Depp played Jack Sparrow.

A testimony that supports the version of Tracey Jacobs was that of Tina Newman, a Disney executive, whose statement was compiled in February and filed in court on May 19.

Tina assured that she never saw the article that Heard had published in Washington and that she did not know if Depp was part of the actors who would participate in the new film of Pirates of the Caribbean.

“I just know that it’s a project that’s likely to play out in the studio,” Newman said on the recording.

Joel Mandel, Depp’s former business agent, also joined Jacobs’ testimony and stated that in 2010 the working relationship with the actor was complicated due to the alleged drug use that Depp did almost daily.
