aloe vera: this plant contains multiple benefits for the skin, since it is rich in vitamins such as A, B, C, D or E. Therefore, it is a perfect aid in case of minor burns or scars, since it works as an antioxidant and Cell regenerator. It is also an excellent natural moisturizer and firming agent.
Cucumber: vitamins A, C, folate, potassium and selenium. Vitamin A is essential for the health of the skin, eyes, gums and hair, vitamin C. Therefore, it is a natural antioxidant that stimulates the production of collagen in the skin while deeply moisturizing.
How to make a homemade firming?
For this natural remedy you will need: a medium cucumber, three tablespoons of gel aloe vera100 milliliters of distilled water, 10 drops of almond oil, 10 drops of aloe vera oil and a glass jar.
In a blender mix the previously diced cucumber, aloe vera gel, aloe vera oil and water. Then pass through a strainer and deposit in the glass jar.
Take the mixture to the refrigerator and let it rest for a couple of hours. You can use this natural remedy daily by giving a light belly massage. However, remember that you must eat a balanced diet and keep moving to lose weight.
