Movie star Jennifer Aniston has cut off contact with people around her who did not want to be vaccinated against the coronavirus. “There is still a large group of people who are against vaccinations or simply do not want to listen to the facts. That’s a real shame,” the 52-year-old told the US magazine “Instyle”. “I have (…) just lost a few people who refused or didn’t indicate (whether they were vaccinated or not).” That was very unfortunate, says the “Friends” actress.
“Fear or propaganda”
Aniston adds, “I think it’s a moral and professional duty to inform about it.” But it is also difficult for Aniston, because everyone has a right to their own opinion – but many opinions are based on nothing more than “fear or propaganda”.
The actress regularly campaigns for the corona vaccine on Instagram. In May, she posted a photo of herself and wrote: “Fully vaccinated and it feels so good. We are very fortunate and privileged to have access to Covid-19 vaccines in the US. Unfortunately, this is not the case everywhere.”
