Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, New Player Collisions Trigger Controversy

Many Call of Duty: Modern Warfare players don’t seem to have taken the introduction of player collisions very well in one of the new game updates.

In Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Infinity Ward recently introduced new movement mechanics such as collisions between players from the same team, apparently sparking several protests in the community.

It seems, however, that the development team has omitted the details of this new introduction in the notes relating to the latest patch released for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, but it didn’t take long for it to emerge in a public way.

Since then there have been several videos and reports of more or less angry players for the introduction of collisions between the characters in the game: in essence, with the new addition the physical contacts between players on the map, so even different teammates can hit or push each other.

This does not in itself involve particularly problematic situations, but for those who want to have absolute control of the movements, it can be annoying to find themselves moved more or less drastically from their position due to the passage of another player.

The community of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is vast and also quite susceptible and addition of the genre, which according to many was not requested by anyone and was also inserted “in secret “, is not exactly frowned upon.
