Blizzard announced that the language versions will not include Poland.
This is a strong blow for Polish players. For some reason, we won’t have our native language at Overwatch on Nintendo. It wouldn’t be surprising if it wasn’t for the fact that 9 other languages could be heard.
Blizzard does not reveal why such a decision.
Our language is missing
Players will be able to use, among others, English, French, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, German, Portuguese, Russian and Italian. As the blue says:
However, due to technical limitations, the Polish language will not be available in Overwatch on Nintendo Switch. (…) We apologize to our Polish players for any inconvenience that this may cause, and we hope you enjoy playing in another available language.
Technical restrictions are quite an incomprehensible excuse. If you want to play something other than English, you will need to download a package from Nintendo eShop. For some reason, there will be no Polish there.
Overwatch on the Nintendo Switch will debut on October 15, 2019.
