The creative director of Borderlands 3, Paul Sage, illustrated the contents that the fans can enjoy after completing the game campaign.
On the occasion of the Opening Night Live which officially opened the Gamescom 2019, the creative director Paul Sage intervened to reveal new details on what will be reserved for the Borderlands 3 endgame once the players have completed the contents of the main adventure.
First of all, the return of the Massacre Campaign was confirmed, the Orda mode proposed at the time of Borderlands 2, which allowed players to join other users to face progressive waves of enemies.
The gearbox also planned the introduction of the new Proving Grounds mode. To gain access to these missions it will be necessary to undertake tasks that include optional objectives and examine the inscriptions of the Eridians, the ancient alien race who left their traces on Pandora. By completing these objectives, you will have access to valuable loot that cannot be retrieved elsewhere. These contents will then be joined by the DLC that Gearbox Software has already planned for this new chapter of the saga.
Borderlands 3 will be available on PC (in exclusive time on Epic Games Store), PlayStation 4 and Xbox One starting from September 13th.
