A Pokemon Go player was devastated after failing to catch the legendary Hundo, sparking a debate over whether certain Pokemon were too hard to catch.

Pokemon is the type of game where you can relax and enjoy what’s in front of you, there’s always an element of technique, skill and knowledge that goes into filling your Pokédex.

This feeling extends to Pokemon Go as well, particularly through some of its tricky raid battles, and especially by defeating legendary Pokemon in those raids and capturing them.

In fact, there’s no guarantee that you’ll catch a 5-star boss after defeating it, which can be very frustrating, especially if you’re lucky enough to encounter shiny or rare and powerful hounds.

Pokemon Go player Landorus is overwhelmed after Hondo goes missing

Sharing their frustration on Reddit, one user shared their escape from Landorus, attaching an image of Hondo’s disappearance.

Many users offered their sympathies in the comments, one explaining how “To be honest, it’s really hard to catch him. With his constant left-to-right movement and his position very close to perfect throw”That means the Pokemon is very difficult to catch on its own, not to mention the added challenge it presents as a Legendary.

Other fans took to the comments to share their failed attempts: “I’m so frustrated. I failed to catch him 4 times. That’s like 50 obscene attempts. No other raid boss has ever been this bad for me.”
