One of the latest free PlayStation Plus games is popular among fans, and it’s like a gothic version of Red Dead Redemption.
I don’t know who was the first to decide that mixing western cowboys and demonic monsters was a good idea, but they were definitely on to something. Rockstar games are essentially cooked together Red Dead Redemption: Nightmare of the Living DeadAnd it’s a shame they haven’t tried anything similar Red Dead Redemption 2.
While this free PlayStation Plus game doesn’t compare to the stellar open-world fun of the Red Dead Redemption games, it comes in second. It is called Evil West And it’s one of January’s PlayStation Plus games to claim and keep in your library forever.
The principle is quite simple. Evil West An action-packed third-person shooter in which the wild west is invaded by dark entities. It’s up to the player to equip themselves with a wide array of explosives and booms before venturing out into the world and eliminating any demonic threat that comes their way.
If you are looking for games where you can turn off your brain and enjoy some mindless chaos to pass the time then it is very entertaining and a good option. There is also a co-op mode if you want to join a friend who is a PlayStation Plus subscriber.
Fans on Reddit say it’s a “thoroughly modern take on the fun and ridiculous games of the early and mid-2000s,” and we totally agree.
Another fan called it a “great mid-level game”, a “good time” if you get it on sale or for free.
One fan said it was like “Devil May Cry and Dark Watch love child 7/10”.

Evil West Can be used and played as part of your PlayStation Plus subscription, but will disappear when the January games end and the February games take their place.
