Saoirse Ronan Named Louis Vuitton House Ambassador – The Hollywood Reporter

Saoirse Ronan has officially been appointed as Louis Vuitton’s latest House Ambassador.

Louis Vuitton confirmed that the four-time Oscar-nominated actress has joined as an ambassador on Tuesday. He joins other previously named ambassadors such as Zendaya, Stray Kids’ Felix and BTS’ J-Hope.

The 29-year-old’s latest feature, The Outrun, premiered at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival earlier this month. Ronan, who attended the Park City premiere dressed in Louis Vuitton, served as a producer on the project, which was directed by Nora Fingscheidt and based on Amy Liptrot’s memoir.

In addition to her film work, Ronan recently joined Louis Vuitton Women’s Artistic Director Nicolas Ghesquière as a guest at the Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles.

“I have admired Saoirse’s career for many years, I find her absolutely captivating in the roles she plays. And what’s more, behind her talent lies such a charming and brilliant person,” said Ghesquière in a press release.

The French brand and Pharrell Williams recently wowed attendees at their Fall Winter 2024 runway show. The western-themed show, titled “Paris, Virginia,” was Williams’ third Louis Vuitton men’s presentation.

Known for her critically acclaimed roles in films such as Ronan Lady Bird, little women, Brooklyn And Atonement – Each has earned the actress an Oscar nomination. The actress received her first Academy Award nomination at the age of 13 for her role Atonement. In addition The OutrunRonan is set to star in Steve McQueen’s upcoming World War II drama, BlitzWhich is expected to release later in 2024.

Ronan does not currently have an Instagram account. It will be interesting to see if she opens one to fulfill her ambassadorial duties.
