With an area of 300 square meters, spread over two floors plus an outbuilding, the house has four bedrooms including a “master bedroom” equipped with its own bathroom. But these are not the only qualities of the “quiet luxury” style villa. Surprisingly, although it does not have a swimming pool as is customary to see in Hollywood villas, it has a charming, green garden that maintains privacy. A brass bed with bars and a pink chest of drawers highlight wallpaper printed with numerous animals and plants. Color is essential everywhere.
