Its Article 2 provides for the publication of indicators on the employment of people over the age of 55 under financial penalty from November 1, 2023 in companies with more than 1,000 employees and from July 1, 2024 in companies with more than 300 employees. The system, inspired by the Index on Fine Professional Gender Equality, has been in force since 2019.
