The Healing House is north of the morgue building, and the Cursed Kuo-Toa is in an abandoned fisherman’s hut north of the morgue.
However, a new boss and a new area weren’t the only thing the player got to experience. As another Baldur’s Gate 3 player pointed out, you can find information about a strange bull in this area.

The boss fight they’re referring to is probably the one against the Disciples of Shar in the House of Sorrows at Baldur’s Gate. The Darkness spell is used against you in combat, temporarily blinding you.
