Both gentlemen noted how Rockstar changed its calculations for fiscal year 2025 (the period between April 2024 and March 2025), and revised its expectations from eight billion dollars in profit to “just” seven – suggesting that the company will not release. GTA VI will aim for a release between January and March, but rather later. Pachter and McKay further speculated that, according to them, Rockstar had originally planned to release the game in the first three months of 2025 (hence the additional $1 billion profit), but the company had since changed its mind and had to postpone the release. of the game.
