PlayStation owner, verify your account now to get free credit, don’t miss this opportunity!

Well, hello dear PlayStation gamers! If you’re the type to monitor your account regularly, you’ve probably noticed that your loyalty points are slowly starting to show up.

Are you unfamiliar with the concept of PlayStation Stars? Don’t worry, it’s a brand new service that allows you to collect loyalty points by playing certain games, making purchases in the PlayStation Store, and completing challenges reserved for PlayStation Plus subscribers. These points can be redeemed for store credit or even free games. Pretty cool, right?

The thing is that as long as you register with the service (and it’s free too) these points accumulate without you even realizing it. With 1,250 points you can get £5 store credit and with 5,000 points it’s £20 credit. And the best part is that these points accumulate naturally over time. It is like earning money without doing anything.

Unfortunately, there have been some minor issues with PlayStation Stars recently. Some players didn’t get the points they should have from certain purchases, which is a bit disappointing since the whole point of Stars is to reward purchases.

But rest assured, your remaining points are being added to your account. Several players have confirmed on the PlayStation Stars subreddit that the points collected in recent weeks are finally coming in, albeit a bit slowly.

Basically, we need to be patient, but Sony is apparently in the process of sorting this all out so that everyone gets what they’re owed. So keep an eye on your account, as it shouldn’t take long for your points to show up.
