Many players enjoy the fresh take on the classic Zombies mode with its open design and chaotic cooperative gameplay. However, the developers recently announced that they have no plans to add more content to this mod, leaving the community devastated.

The news spread on X/Twitter, then reached the CODZombies subreddit.
“According to MisterDalek Jedi, Treyarch has confirmed that there are no plans to add new enemies and assets to Modern Warfare Zombies.“

Reaction from the community has not been positive, with one user simply saying: “I feel robbed.“
A common feeling among MW3’s zombies mod fanbase is that the mod seems to be dying and nothing new will be added.
“Looks like the mod is already starting to die. I was still hoping that they would improve it in future seasons, but it seems like they really don’t care about this mode at all.“
