Film award season is in full swing. On Friday, January 12, all of Hollywood was on parade for the AFI Awards Luncheon at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles.
Many stars took their place at the photocall. Selena Gomez, dressed in a set of Giuseppe de Morabito pants, corset and pinstripe jacket, met the cast of the series “Only Murders in the Building”, including Meryl Streep, in a lilac suit from Givenchy.
Natalie Portman and Reese Witherspoon made a floral duo, both in head-to-toe dia. Emma Stone was also present at Vuitton. Margot Robbie, for her part, opted for a black miniskirt and matching mini-top. A vintage Chanel Spring 1995 set that top model Claudia Schiffer presented on the catwalk at the time.
Ten films and ten series awards
The evening highlighted ten films, their actors and directors, that made the year 2023, such as Margot Robbie, America Ferrera and director Greta Gerwig, presented by “Oppenheimer”, Cillian Murphy, Robert Downey Jr. and Emily Blunt, or “Killers of the Flower Moon”. Also on the television side, there were successive castings for “The Morning Show” with Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon, “Abbot Elementary” and “The Bear” with its lead actor Jeremy Allen White.
