Purchased in 2019 for $2.3 million, the house with Spanish-style architecture is the actress’ base when she visits Los Angeles. It is now on sale for $4 million. The beautiful redhead owns a property in Austin, Texas as well as an apartment in New York.

Built in 1926, the house was completely renovated by Emma Stone. It is located in the upscale, residential Comstock Hills neighborhood of Westwood. With its 300 square meters of living space, the villa offers four bedrooms including an outbuilding with a private kitchen and bathroom.

Decorated in acidic shades, the house could almost be part of the trend CottageCore Beautiful country house style. Color combinations are soft, ranging from pinks to greens, and are enhanced by more pop touches. Far from the style of the usual very contemporary star homes, Emma Stone’s house in Westwood gives off the air of a bucolic vacation home. The actress sold the house in Malibu last year.
