Your supplementary pension funds transmit the taxable amount to the tax administration in the income tax framework. If you wish to consult the amount declared to the Tax Administration:
- You can get your tax certificate or your payment statement by accessing your personal space
- You can contact your pension fund online in the secure personal area of its website
- You can receive them by email or by post at the request of your pension fund

What is the Agirc-Arrco Retirement Deduction?
Supplementary pensions, including Arrco and Agirc child supplements, are subject to income tax. Your pension fund is required to report the amount paid to you during the year to the tax authorities. Deducted from taxable income:
- health insurance contributions;
- Generalized Social Contribution (CSG) is levied on the pension, including an increase for children, up to 5.9% for those contributing at a rate of 8.3% and up to 3.8% for those contributing at a reduced rate of 3.8%.
If your tax domicile is abroad, be aware that your pension fund makes withholding tax on your pension, unless the country where you are tax resident has an agreement with France. As a reminder, whether you are taxable or not, you must declare your income for tax purposes.
Agirc-Arrco supplementary pension is subject to compulsory social security contributions (CSG, CRDS, health contribution, CASA) determined according to your last income tax notice (reference tax income and number of shares). You may be exempted from CSG in 2024 if your income does not exceed a certain limit.
