Skipping Act 1 in Baldur’s Gate 3 requires care because you don’t level up as quickly as you would if you skipped Acts as expected. ” jump up ” is a great word to use because you really don’t miss the whole law.
There is a large chunk of content that you can simply skip, which takes you straight to Mountain Pass and Shadowlands. One player tested all of these in Honor mode.

- Even if you don’t find it in its crypt, it appears to be withered.

In the comments, Baldur’s Gate 3 players were impressed with the poster’s decision to try it all out in Honor Mode. However, they also noticed that even though they played all parts of Act 1, things were missing.

” On my first playthrough, I missed a lot. I didn’t skip Act 1, but I didn’t get Wither, Maul, or Alfira. One day at the camp, Wither appeared. At the Tieflings party, I was thinking, but who are these people? I was confused when Alfira acted like she knew me. In general, if you skip Act 1, it feels like some decisions have been made for you and you don’t have as much control over the story as if you followed the quests. As another player noted, even the developers couldn’t foresee someone trying this.
