Digestion is often a problem, what are the different problems we can face on this subject?
The two main organs of digestion are the stomach and intestines. The stomach is there to break down the molecules we ingest, which the intestines will absorb into circulation to nourish our cells.

Our first product, Pranarôm Digest Confort, treats all digestive disorders: abdominal heaviness, nausea, vomiting, indigestion and flatulence. Essential oils known for their effect on digestion are: peppermint, lemon, star anise, ginger, tangerine, caraway and cinnamon. Added to this synergy is a plant known to support digestive system function, chicory. Digest Comfort provides comprehensive support, with additional actions to ensure proper digestion. We have an anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effect, a hepato-stimulating action, but also an anti-spasmodic effect due to star anise, ginger and mandarin, as well as absorbing gases on the intestines. The tablets have a very fresh taste that soothes the mouth, and are made without sugar or gluten, so as not to irritate the digestive tract.
Our Digest Protect capsules act as a natural proton pump inhibitor to neutralize acidity and protect the stomach lining. They combine the mechanical action of bicarbonate, alginate, and red algae, which form a protective gel to prevent acidity from building up in the esophagus, and essential oils of peppermint, ginger, and lemon, which reduce acidity and protect the stomach. It contains cumin and lemon grass essential oils which have anti-inflammatory effects. Lemon grass will also normalize the population of Helicobacter pylori, a bacteria that causes acidity in excess.
Digest transit works on the problem of constipation.
