“Absolute horror, everyone was screaming”… Man loses liter of blood from nose and mouth before dying mid-flight

A passenger on a Lufthansa flight connecting Bangkok (Thailand) to Munich (Germany) died under extraordinary circumstances, reports a Swiss daily. Blick.

Before takeoff, the 63-year-old had already shown signs of weakness. “He was in a cold sweat, breathing very fast and already listless,” said one of the passengers, a nurse by trade, who then reported to the crew members.

Despite resuscitation efforts, the man died and his body was moved to the plane’s galley, which turned around to land in the Thai capital 2.5 hours after takeoff. The passenger’s death was also confirmed by the company, which did not want to comment further.
