This Pokemon Go player has the most exclusive Charmander in the game

Pokemon Go players couldn’t believe their eyes when a trainer revealed that their Lucky Charmander was caught on the first day of the game’s launch in their country.

Pokemon Go players are often eager to show off their rare pocket monster captures that they have acquired over the years.

Whether it’s a dad getting incredibly lucky with his “crazy catch” or another trainer defying the odds to hatch a rare hundo, watching trainers “catch ’em all” has always been popular on social media.

Now, one player has shocked others by revealing that he caught his Lucky Charmander in Pokemon Go seven years ago, when Niantic first released the game.

Pokemon Go player NorthernCaptain revealed his ultra-rare Lucky Charmander by asking on Reddit: “Could it be the only one in the world?”

The screenshot shows that Classic Pokémon is called “Day 1 2016” and the game further states that it was caught on July 14, 2016 in the United Kingdom.

Despite the claims of many trainers around the world that it was not caught on the day of the game’s release, several players were quick to confirm it: “July 14, 2016 was release day for many countries,” Like the United Kingdom.

Various trainers have flocked to praise the Day One Charmander for not evolving for over seven years. “You’re really lucky, man. The best starter Pokemon to boot“, commented one of them, to which the Northern captain replied: “I couldn’t agree more…I’ve loved the Charmander line since I played Pokemon Red in 1999!”

Other trainers shared their Pokemon of the day, while another revealed that they also caught Lucky Charmander on release day: “I have one, from the first day we were able to play in Canada. 100% IV Lucky Charmander, who is now my best Charizard buddy.” The author replied: “He’s awesome! I’m trying to make him my best friend, so I’ll try to join the club.”

Although it’s not the only one in the world, it’s definitely incredibly rare in Pokemon Go for a trainer to still have a classic Lucky Pokemon from day one. This player is not the only one to influence the community, and there is no doubt that many more amazing stories will continue to emerge over time.
