This photograph was spread on the social network Facebook in one of the groups of relatives of people deprived of their freedom at Cereso 3 in this city. Corporation spokesman Jorge Armendariz Fernandez confirmed that the General Directorate of the Penitentiary System, Prevention and Social Reintegration informed him that “this photograph is very old, so it is not a current photo.”

A related fact is that while both custodians were on the FGE payroll, they received a monthly net salary of 9,306 pesos, according to PTN.
In the report updated in the month of November 2023, the salary assumption has been significantly reduced as the platform shows that Juan Carlos received a net salary of 6,626 pesos per month last year, while his partner’s net salary was 5 thousand 435. peso during 2023.
