Residents of this state will get a tax refund

You must be a resident of Greeley, Weld County, Colorado to qualify for this food and utility tax refund.

But, residence must be present at the time of issuance of application. In addition, they must have lived in the city for at least 10 months in 2023.

It should be specified that the reimbursement amount is $100.00 USD for food, per person, and $100.00 USD for utilities, per family only.

On the other hand, the family income should be within the threshold established by the government based on the number of household members.

For one-person households, the threshold is $36,972.00 USD annually; And for two families, the threshold is $48,360.00 USD annually.

The threshold totals $59,736.00 USD per year for a family of three and for one of four, the amount is $71,112.00 USD.

The threshold for a family of five is $82,500.00 USD per year, while the threshold for a family of six is ​​$93,876.00 USD. Finally, for a family of seven the threshold is $96012.00 USD annually and for one in eight, the figure is $98148.00 USD.

It should be clarified here that for each additional member, the threshold increases by $2124.00 USD. In the meantime, refunds can be claimed through a registration form available on the city’s website.
