Felix Tshisekedi was sworn in early afternoon and thus officially begins his second term this Saturday, January 20, 2024. It was in front of a stadium packed with leaders, officials, supporters and activists that the Congolese president, with a smile on his face, took the oath.
” I, Mr. Tshisekedi Tshilombo Félix Antoine, President-elect of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, do solemnly swear before God and nation to faithfully fulfill the high tasks entrusted to me. “
