Natural persons, for their part, were the victims of 70% of incidents, with cyber threats, identity theft and scams via social networks or electronic payment channels being the main ones.
“The year 2023 is marked by an increase in cyber attacks worldwide, which threaten the security of companies and people’s data. Human error is a major cause of cyber incidents in organizations, where violations of information security policies by those responsible for computer security and users of this technology prevail. is,” reported the director of digital business and specialist in computer systems and cyber security at ETECSA. , Daniel Ramos Fernandez.
