I ate every food item in Skyrim in one sitting, you’ll never guess what happened next!
So guys, I don’t know if you’ve heard of this madness on Skyrim! Apparently, players have played the game so much that they have reached the point of consuming it all in one go to experience something new.
I mean, that’s crazy, right? Skyrim came out years ago, but it’s still as popular today as it was when it launched. It has even more competitive players than Starfield, a relatively recent release. Amazing!
However, like many games that seem to go on forever, there comes a point where you’ve finally done everything. You can’t replay a game forever without getting bored, and while mods can sometimes extend its lifespan well beyond the end credits, they also have their limitations.
One gamer recently decided to take his boredom to new heights with what happens when you literally eat everything a game lets you put in your mouth, all at once. Skyrim has this great mechanic that allows you to drink some liquid mid-battle or eat 30 wheels of cheese to regain health. The ingredients for potions are also consumable, although they are obviously better when mixed with something else.
Regardless, the player recorded his science experiment and posted it on Reddit, saying he spent “about 20,000 gold” to get everything the game had to offer. After donning his entire inventory, he restarted the game only to see his character explode, fall to the ground, and move strangely for a few seconds before finally dying.
I’m sure experienced Skyrim players can pinpoint the exact ingredients that cause a player to die, but I bet sweet rolls and wheels of cheese didn’t help matters.
If there’s anything to learn from this noble effort, it’s that Skyrim players are getting increasingly bored, and we desperately need The Elder Scrolls VI to release. not true
