GTA VI Fans fear that Rockstar Games will drop a bombshell when the release date is announced.
Ahead of December 2023, Grand Theft Auto fans have been waiting for two things: a full trailer for GTA VI and publication date. They got the first part when Rockstar Games released the trailer, and they got the second part, even if it was a little too vague for their liking.
Rockstar excitedly announced that the game will launch in 2025. Although fans were excited that we finally got an idea of when we would be getting our hands on the game, it still left us with a lot of questions. A specific date would have been nice if there was an unexpected date, but what fans were really hoping for was to know what part of the year they could expect their new GTA game to arrive.
Until the second trailer is released, we’re left to speculate, and fans are terrified that Rockstar will come back and say GTA VI Will be launched in late 2025, not early.
One Reddit fan, Sladeshed, posted a message saying, “If I see ‘Coming Fall 2025’ it will be painful but I’m ready for it.” They added that they, like everyone else, were hoping for a spring release, but were preparing for the worst, just in case.

Whenever the game is scheduled to release, we know for sure that it will be in 2025, because even if the game gets delayed, it is unlikely to be pushed back to 2026.
