Owner of a villa in Austin and a penthouse in New York, Emma Stone has made this beautiful Hollywood home her pied-à-terre. Purchased in 2019 for $2.3 million, the seventh art prodigy nevertheless decided to part with it, as he had already done with his villa in Malibu last year. On sale for just a few days for $3.9 million and located in the affluent and lively Westwood neighborhood, the 1926 residence has it all. As an invitation to serenity, the property succeeds in the daring challenge of being part of the pleasant simplicity by giving pride of place to the highest equipment. Many qualities that will undoubtedly help Tara quickly find new owners for this little gem inspired by Mexican haciendas.

With an area of 300 square meters, spread over two floors plus an outbuilding, the house has four bedrooms including a “master bedroom” equipped with its own bathroom. But these are not the only qualities of the “quiet luxury” style villa. Surprisingly, although it does not have a swimming pool as is customary to see in Hollywood villas, it has a charming, green garden that maintains privacy. The villa also benefited from several renovations requested by the star. If the actress enlarged the kitchen, the house already had some nice assets. Double-height vaulted ceilings and exposed beams add wonderful charm to the home. Decoration illuminates spaces.
The inspiration is undoubtedly taken from the world of Tara. The star of the multi-award winning film “La La Land” wanted a neat but colorful decoration. In the living room, a duck blue sofa and pink velvet cushions coexist under a green coffered ceiling. Her daughter Louise’s room was designed like a real little cocoon. A brass bed with bars and a pink chest of drawers highlight wallpaper printed with numerous animals and plants. Color is essential everywhere. Next to the kitchen, a sofa is installed, surrounded by numerous vintage frames representing dogs. In the dining room, armchairs are covered with floral patterns. Same thing for the master suite with a headboard that plays with pink and green tones. In every room, prints find pride of place. See Emma Stone in detail.
