Pokemon Go players are criticizing Niantic for shutting down their clearing rewards after just one hour, which means many are missing out on content.
Although major issues are rare, Pokemon Go is not perfect and occasionally makes some mistakes, giving players the chance to catch unreleased Pokemon, or making highly anticipated events relatively obsolete due to bugs, poor deployment, or others.
Fortunately, while undeniably frustrating, Niantic wants to negate any irritation by offering compensatory rewards to players where necessary. These can be key resources for fans, and are usually pretty handy for anyone with an empty backpack – that is, if you can get the rewards before they expire.

Pokemon Go players miss out on clearing rewards due to short delays
Sharing his frustration on Reddit, a Pokemon Go player revealed that “clearing boxes disappear after an hour,” proving just how short the active period was.
“It’s hilarious how you can’t claim a box if you already have 3 teleporters saved in your bag despite the daily limit of 5, and then the box disappears once you do a range raid to reduce your counter Niantic again Proves once and for all that they are the ultimate despicable trolls” Author added. Not being able to claim a box can be frustrating, but nothing is more annoying than losing the ability to unlock it due to a short delay.

It seems that the display is not the only one suffering from this time limit: “The same thing happened to me. so angry right now”
Many fans had similar issues with not being able to claim the box, and one player seems to have been the most affected, showing how “Did 3 remote raids as fast as possible to claim them, but alas they’ve disappeared from the shop by the time I finish and I’m down to 3 raid passes.”
It seems that the time limit and the limit on rewards can make it too difficult for players to feel the return, with many calling for the box to be expanded.

The display revealed a helpful tip for anyone who stumbles across the return box: “If you see free stuff in the store, claim it right away.”
