‘I told the club in November’: Klopp explains himself in 25-minute video
Jurgen Klopp explains himself in an interview broadcast in a 25-minute video released by Liverpool. He specifically revealed that he had decided to leave the club in November: “I’m doing well. I’m in the best health possible at my age. There are little things, things like that, but nothing like that. It’s nothing to worry about. Should, so that’s great. I already told the club in November.”
“In an ideal world I wouldn’t have said anything to anyone until the end of the season, won it all and said goodbye. It’s not possible. There are many things that are affected by this, especially personal matters. My staff members should be informed in time, and especially the club should be informed. In time and in plan.”
“Message to the fans: I really want you to accept the decision. It will be good. (…) Let’s make it a strength. Let’s make the most of this season and have another reason to smile when we look back. . Thank you”.
