As winters get harsher and harsher, it becomes difficult to dress warm while looking sharp. For inspiration, zoom in on Anne Hathaway’s looks. Style lessons.
If winter is synonymous with New Years and Christmas Eve, it is also with freezing cold. This is evidenced by the latest temperature which was around 0 and -1 °C. A problem then arises: how to dress well with all the layers of clothing imposed on us? Should we focus on warmth and forget about style or will we keep our sharp looks despite the cold? To give us some inspiration to stay warm in style, we turn to Anne Hathaway’s look. And for good reason! If she is known for her acting talent and especially for her interpretation of Andrea Sachs in “The Devil Wears Prada”, Versace’s muse has also proven to be a true fashion icon.

How to dress like Anne Hathaway this winter?
If on the carpet, she likes to play the femme fatale card by challenging sexiness and elegance, during the winter Anne Hathaway opts for a very casual but most comfortable look, to which she adds an elegant touch. For an evening, we take inspiration from a black turtleneck sweater dress, accessorized with tights, knee-high cowboy boots and a matching clutch. To combat the chill, the actress completed it with a mid-length coat with a black and white chevron print. For a walk or a coffee, we turn to her preppy-chic outfit of a white sweater, straight and cropped bootcut jeans that show off her gray mid-high socks and black moccasins. See the New Yorker styled with a long gray coat, a Hermès Birkin bag, a cap and a pair of sunglasses. For work, we keep the handbag and change the rest for an oversized white shirt, an oversized camel coat, and thigh-high boots with black heels. If we can’t see the bottom she’s wearing since she keeps her overcoat off, we can easily imagine that the shirt is too big to be worn as a dress. Unless she styled it with a pleated skirt or rocked a 2000s revival with slim jeans.
