After choosing to write articles about “Horizon Zero Dawn” game, I am impressed by the maximum graphics quality of the game. As an avid gamer, I must admit that this game on PlayStation 5 doesn’t feel like a typical console game.
PlayStation definitely leads the way when it comes to beautiful and stunning open worlds. Whether on PS4 or PS5, the library is full of games that sound too good to be true, and “Horizon Zero Dawn” is one of them.
In 2017, players were treated to Aloy’s first adventure in “Masterpiece,” a story featuring a wild world full of robotic dinosaurs. This game really pushed the boundaries of what the PS4 could do, and was followed by “Horizon Forbidden West” and its PS5 exclusive DLC “Burning Shores”.
If you think the first game on the console is already amazing, I recommend taking a look at this video from Digital Dreams where the game is run with an RTX 4090 and other extreme graphics settings.
Of course, ray tracing is present because no enhanced version of the game is complete without it, and the resolution and framerate are crystal clear. The landscapes that Aloy traverses never look so beautiful, and it’s a shame that these graphics are reserved for the PC version of the game.
That said, if console gamers want this experience, they’ll need something more powerful than the PS5. Seriously, it’s worth the PlayStation 6’s graphics, and god knows when that will happen.
