Batman Humiliates Kevin Conroy In Shocking Scene From Kill The Justice League: Fans Outraged!

Top 3 Video Game Releases of the Week – Starting February 2024! 🎮

Hello everyone! Today we are going to talk about the controversy surrounding Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. The most recent title is an action shooter spin-off of DC’s popular Batman: Arkham video game series. Unfortunately, a disappointing scene involving Batman from Arkhamverse drew criticism from netizens and fans alike. After the game’s Early Access release, a video of the controversial scene has been doing the rounds on social media platforms.

If someone had told me that one day the game would be discredited by people who grew up with the series, I wouldn’t have believed it. In summary, the storyline sees the Dark Knight – manipulated by Brainiac – captured by the Suicide Squad. He is then unceremoniously killed by Harley Quinn. This might be the right choice for the latter given his revenge arc in the game, but the fate of the Arkhamverse Batman has caused an uproar online.

The fact that the late Kevin Conroy played Batman for the last time in the game, and this scene was his final video game appearance in the role, led fans to believe that this creative decision tarnished the character. The actor’s legacy. One could argue that it’s only fair that members of the Justice League, including Batman, are killed by super-villains, as the title of the spin-off suggests. And so do video games – Batman, Green Lantern, Superman and The Flash all perish at the hands of the Suicide Squad. However, the character that the entire beloved Batman: Arkham video game series is based on is The Dark Knight.

The unsatisfactory treatment of the character in the game’s main campaign is what most upsets most fans. This makes Batman of the Arkhamverse end all the more disappointing, given the path most fans took from the main series’ four games. The anticlimactic nature of the Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League scene is mainly why people found it offensive and controversial.

Batman’s death in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League outraged fans. They feel that the death would have been devastating but practical and dignified if the Arkhamverse’s Batman had at least resisted. It seems even more depressing that they now have to face the series protagonist’s hopeless fate – he doesn’t even try to fight or plan to escape the team’s capture and is brutally murdered. No deus ex machina presented. Nothing happened. And this is Batman going through the worst.

So fans believe that if Batman’s story ends this way, it’s the most “disrespectful” treatment of the character ever. And I’m sure many of us don’t want to accept how such an iconic and beloved series ends, right? They desecrated the great Kevin Conroy Arkham Batman.

Superheroes often die and then come back to life. Thus the norm in comic books dictates their existence. Although a number of individuals believe that there may be a method to undo the Jaws development offered to fans of the Arkham games, it is unclear how—or if—that could happen. How exactly Rocksteady’s DC universe will proceed following this devastating outcome in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is still unknown.
