There is a lot of talk about Taylor Swift possibly being at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park in January. 21 when the Buffalo Bills host the Kansas City Chiefs in an AFC Divisional Round clash.
Swift, whose relationship with Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has been the subject of endless media coverage, has attended six of his last seven games.
Bills quarterback Josh Allen also has a Hollywood starlet in his corner, though he and actress/singer Hailee Steinfeld have tried to keep their relationship out of the spotlight.
The two were spotted getting cozy at a New York City sushi restaurant last May after reports that Allen and longtime girlfriend Brittany Williams had split.
Last August, Allen was asked on an episode of the “Pardon My Take” podcast if he was aware of tabloid reports about him “making out” with Steinfeld while on vacation in Mexico in July.
“The fact that anyone cared about it still blows my mind,” he said.
However, it seems they do.
She is a native of the Los Angeles area, born in Tarzana, California and raised in Thousand Oaks. (Allen is from Firebaugh, California in Fresno County.)
Like Allen, Steinfeld is 27 years old.
He has been acting since childhood. At age 13, she was cast as Mattie Ross in the 1969 remake of the classic western, “True Grit.”
Her performance in the 2010 film starring Jeff Bridges, Matt Damon and Josh Brolin earned critical acclaim and an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actress.
In 2013, she appeared in “Ender’s Game” and “Begin Again,” and her work in the 2016 upcoming movie “The Age of Seventeen” garnered further acclaim, including a Golden Globe nomination for Best Actress in a Motion Picture. Picture, music or comedy.
Steinfeld voiced Gwen Stacy/Spider-Woman in the 2018 animated feature “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” and the upcoming “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse”.
And she starred in and produced the Apple TV+ series “Dickinson” (2019-2021).
Steinfeld has also found success as a pop singer. Her debut EP, 2015’s “Highs,” peaked at No. 57 on the Billboard 200, followed by 2020’s “Half-Written Story.”
Her singles include “Most Girls,” “Love Myself,” “Starving” and last year’s “Sun Kissing.”
She has not spoken publicly about her relationship with Allen but has attended Bills home games and is believed to have been there to watch his 52-yard touchdown run during the team’s wild-card win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. 15.
She has also been spotted on social media shopping for Bills gear in Buffalo with Allen’s mom, Lavon.
During a red-carpet interview at the Golden Globes on Jan. 7, Steinfeld let her guard down a bit after USA Today correspondent Ralphie Eversa asked her how she felt about the Bills’ chances against Miami and then waved a Stephen Diggs jersey in her direction.
Giving a thumbs up, she said she felt “really good” about Buffalo’s win and then, referring to the jersey, said, “Wrong number, though.”
