Along with the increase in electricity prices from the first day of the month, there is also a hike in the toll prices which comes into effect from the same date. This will undoubtedly displease motorway users, especially as another increase is already in sight.

Like every February 1, this year too there is a plan to increase the toll prices. This is certainly not a measure that will please drivers and motorway users. The contract between the state and the companies responsible for managing these road corridors, in fact, provides for the revision of prices during this period, annually, in line with inflation. Following the recent gradual increase, a trend is set to continue.

There will be a 5.41% increase for the A150 between Rouen and Le Havre and a 4.99% increase for the A79 in Allier.

The average increase in tolls will reach 5% in 2025.

The outlook for 2025 promises to be tougher for users who will have to deal with more than that. “4.9% on SAPN network, 5.8% on Vinci, 6% for SANEF, and finally 6.2% on APRR”.. This more significant increase is being considered by concessionaires with the aim of offsetting new taxes placed by the state on long-distance transport which will also affect motorway companies.
