Still free stuff and a big update

The Last of Us 2 Remastered is getting free content and a bunch of improvements after a new patch rolled out on PS5. Here are all the changes in this 1.1.1 update.

The Last of Us 2 Remaster kept its promises. Certainly, it’s hard to recommend if you’ve played this masterpiece over and over again on PS4, but this version takes more advantage of the PS5 and DualSense’s functionalities. It’s prettier, with haptic feedback and adaptive triggers to consider, and there’s even a new roguelike mode to stay in this universe a little longer. A nice remaster but still needs a few tweaks here and there.

New update for The Last of Us 2 PS5

A week ago, Naughty offered free content to players of The Last of Us 2 on PS5. Four skins for Ellie and Abby via update. A patch that, as usual, was also meant to fix problems. In terms of gameplay, combat, import saves, various bugs etc. A few hours ago, update 1.1.1 was released on PlayStation 5, and here are all the changes or new features of The Last of Us 2 Remastered.

Patch Notes 1.1.1 TLOU 2 Remastered

• Added concept art (in “Extras”) for the reversible Washington Liberation Front (WLF) skin
• Fixed an issue where certain items required for progression were not detected by Enhanced Listening Mode
• Fixed an issue importing PS4 save data. Trophy data was not updated accurately at times
• Fixed a bug where The Last of Us 2 PS5 performance would degrade after long gaming sessions
• Eli must not lose his mind anymore in his astronaut suit
• Ellie’s head in her astronaut suit will no longer disappear, on rare occasions, in No Return mode
• Fixed minor bugs affecting ranking
• Fixed an issue where player scores were not displayed or displayed incorrectly on the table
• Fixed an issue where the “Handywoman” trophy would not match player progress
• Fixed a bug where chained clickers could freeze when hit by molotov cocktails
• Fixed an issue where blotters in holdout restaurants would focus on other people, not the player
• Fixed a bug where the player could walk through the ground in Seraphite Forest after hitting one of them.
• Fixed an issue where the camera would freeze after being hit when the player was editing their equipment on the workbench
• Minor localization fixes for The Last of Us 2 Remastered
