Every morning, we mentally condition ourselves for the day. This way we get better results, because it runs on our subconscious. This is a real technique that I encourage people to do. Because losing weight is a marathon, and you have to condition yourself every day for it. Together with our team and our coaches, we have created groups on social networks to encourage our soldiers. On Monday, we set clear objectives and on Friday, after mini-assessment and weighing, we establish the necessary changes for the coming week,” she explains. A total of 3,500 members benefit from regular counselling.
