Mario Zagalo: Brazilian soccer legend and world champion dies at 92 | Brazil | Latest | Sports-Total

Brazilian legend and only four-time World Soccer Champion, Mario Lobo Zagalodied this Friday at the age of 92, it was confirmed in a note published on his official Instagram account.

The president of the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF), Ednaldo Rodríguez, declared 7 days of official mourning for Murty’s death.

“The CBF and Brazilian football mourn the passing of one of their greatest legends, Mario Zagalo. “The CBF extends its solidarity to his family and fans in this moment of grief at the passing of our footballing icon.”Rodrigues said in a note.
