“I just try to be very strict about what I eat for my skin and my body,” Haley said ELLE.com About his diet. One way she does this is by limiting gluten and sugar. Hayley makes sure to keep herself hydrated. “I think drinking a lot of water helps. I try to drink a bottle or two throughout the day. I don’t know how many glasses that will be, but it’s important,” she told Elle. “Monday plans = hydrate + hydrate +hydrate,” she captioned a recent snap of herself in a bikini sipping a glass of ice water.
Haley believes much of his success is due to his discipline. She was “a very quintessential child” who found an outlet in ballet. “I adopted the same kind of regimented discipline in adulthood,” she said The Wall Street Journal.
