For players, many champions have lost their identity in a season of League of Legends

A situation that should not get any better

If Riot Games announced last year that it wanted to create all of the stories in the canon of the Runeterra universe, the recent layoffs at the company seem like a bad omen. Some projects will be postponed, and therefore streamlining the game’s lore should no longer be a priority.

Former champions who no longer conform to the basic idea given to them will certainly not receive changes to improve the situation.
