Buses have been detained for speeding on Caracas highways

Authorities from the National Institute of Land Transportation detained two units that were driving irresponsibly on the highways of Caracas.

They also detained a bus which was exceeding its capacity by opening the gates on Gran Cacique Guacaipur HighwayWhich is a threat to the safety of tourists.
