British singer Adele will perform in Munich in August 2024, her first in continental Europe since 2016, the Live Nation performance platform announced on its website. “I can’t imagine a more beautiful way to spend my summer,” Adele wrote on her Instagram account, referring to the concert.
The 35-year-old singer will perform four dates in the Bavarian capital in early August. According to Live Nation, 80,000 people are expected each evening. Adele is one of the most famous and popular pop artists in the world. She has received many prestigious awards like Grammy Awards and Golden Globes.
Adele’s albums, singles and music videos have sold millions of copies and sometimes have billions of views on the Internet. Songs like “Someone Like You” and “Rolling in the Deep” from his 2011 album “21” have been streamed over one and a half billion times on the music platform Spotify.
The artist is currently staying in Las Vegas, USA till June. According to Live Nation, she performs a total of 100 shows over 50 weekends under the slogan “Weekends with Adele”. In 2022, Adele held a few concerts in London, where she performed to a sold-out crowd in Hyde Park.
