Genesis has got money again. It is the name of the first wallet created on the Bitcoin network. Nakamoto’s account, whose identity remains a mystery to this day.
At 07.52am CET on 5 January, Satoshi’s account woke up with a transfer of around 27 BTC. Specifically 26,917 BTC, which is equivalent to about 1.17 million dollars. After more than a decade without operating, the original Bitcoin account again saw significant movement.
